Conference Overview
The International Workshop on Gallium Oxide and Related Materials (IWGO-6) is the most prestigious international forum for Ga2O3 and related materials. The sixth workshop is scheduled for August 2-7, 2026, in College Park, Maryland. The program covers a wide range of topics from processing to theory/modeling, encompassing various aspects such as characterization, polymorphism, bulk growth, and devices.

Registration Hours
Conference registration will take place on the ground floor outside Rm 0201 at the Edward St. John (ESJ) Building, University of Maryland.

- Monday-Tuesday, August 3-4: 7:00 a.m-5:00 p.m. (Closed 12:30 p.m.-2:00 p.m.)
- Wednesday, August 5: 7:00 a.m-4:00 p.m. (Closed 12:30 p.m.-2:00 p.m.)
- Thursday-Friday, August 6-7: 7:00 a.m-12:00 p.m.
Registration Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you cannot attend the International Workshop on Gallium Oxide and Related Materials (IWGO-6) you must contact AVS at 530-896-0477, heather@avs.org by July 10, 2026, to receive a refund, less a $100.00 processing fee. No refunds can be given for cancellations after July 10, 2026.
